Two green houses: one from 1893, the other built by the hands of our friends.
The old house, green all over, is the one by the street. It was built in 1893 and restored through the Traditional Houses Route programme, together with the Ivan Patzaichin Museum Association and the ASTRA Museum in Sibiu, with the materials of old times: adobe, wood and reed.
Inside the yard stands the second green house, the new one, with wooden cladding outside, in a colour chosen to match the gable of the old house. For it, at the adobe building bee in 2020, 140 people made 2,000 adobe bricks.
A photo session in the yard, among the animals.
Book a photo session at Ferma Lipovenesc for children and families: with the pony, the alpacas, the goats and the farm puppies, in a yard with grass, hay and country light. The animals are used to children, so the photos come out naturally, from play. Photos are taken by Marian Sterea, a photographer since 2009.
Who will welcome you in the yard
Daniela Sterea
She is just as gentle with animals as she is with children. A family and children photographer with more than 14 years of photo sessions, she handles the little ones with lots of patience.
Marian Sterea
A professional photographer since 2009 and the yard’s handyman. He takes part in the activities and helps children get close to the animals.
